"Do You Serve My Area?"
Service Area FAQ
I am not in any of the cities listed. Do you still serve my area?
Maybe — call us and ask. If you are within 45–60 minutes of either office, the answer is usually yes. If you are further out, we will be honest about whether we are the right contractor for the project. Some out-of-area jobs make sense for us to take on; many do not. We would rather tell you the truth than drive three hours and deliver a substandard experience.
Does distance affect pricing?
No — with very few exceptions, our pricing is consistent across our published service area. Whether you are in Fuquay-Varina (five minutes from our crew staging) or in Clayton (35 minutes away), the same line-item estimate applies. What does vary slightly is scheduling flexibility — closer properties can sometimes be added to existing crew routes with shorter lead time.
Do you serve the Outer Banks?
Our coastal team occasionally takes projects on the Outer Banks, but the driving distance from New Bern makes it operationally difficult for standard service calls. For most Outer Banks work, we recommend a local OBX contractor. Call us to discuss if you have a specific project in mind — there are some cases where we can help.
Do you serve Western North Carolina or the mountains?
No — our service area is the Triangle region and the central/northern coastal region. For western NC work (Asheville, Boone, etc.) we recommend you find a local mountain contractor. We would rather refer you to someone who can serve you well than take a project we cannot execute at our standard.
Do you serve Wilmington and the Cape Fear region?
We occasionally serve parts of eastern Duplin and northern Pender counties from our New Bern office, but Wilmington itself is typically outside our regular service area. Call to confirm for a specific address — the answer depends on the project scope and timing.
Do you serve commercial projects outside your residential service area?
Yes, in some cases. Commercial projects with larger scope and longer project timelines can often justify travel that a residential repair cannot. If you have a commercial property outside our residential footprint, call us to discuss the specifics.
