When you hire a roofing contractor, you are really buying two things: the material on your roof and the installation around it. We partner with the manufacturers whose warranties are actually worth the paper they are printed on. Our primary partners are Owens Corning (where we hold Preferred Contractor status) and CertainTeed (where we hold the Shingle Master credential). For metal roofing we install panels sourced from Sheffield Metals, McElroy Metal, and other tier-one North American manufacturers. For siding we install James Hardie fiber cement, LP SmartSideengineered wood, and premium vinyl siding lines.
We are also a licensed roofing siding, gutters, windows, doors, and skylight contractor, where applicable, for project scope and carry full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request before any project begins.

Free Inspection
Call us, fill out the contact form, or text a photo of your concern. We schedule a free, no-obligation property inspection within one to three business days, typically same-week. We walk the roof ourselves (or fly a drone when conditions require), inspect gutters and fascia, photograph everything, and document findings in a written report.
Transparent Written Estimate
You receive a line-item estimate with exact materials, colors, warranties, and timelines. No vague "roof replacement — $X" bids. You see what we see, in writing, delivered by email and reviewed in person if you prefer.
Insurance Coordination (If Applicable)
If your project is storm-related, we meet your insurance adjuster on-site at no additional cost to you. We supply matching scope documentation in Xactimate, the industry-standard estimating software insurance companies use themselves.
Scheduling & Material Delivery
Once you approve the work and your deposit is received, we schedule your project, order materials, and coordinate permit pulls where required. Typical lead time from contract signing to project start is 2–4 weeks for non-emergency work and 24–72 hours for emergency tarping or weather-related leaks.
Installation
Our in-house crews perform the work. We protect your landscaping, set up tarps and magnetic nail sweepers, and clean up daily. Most residential roof replacements are completed in one day. Commercial and full exterior projects take longer and are scheduled in phases.
Final Walk-Through and Warranty Delivery
When the project is complete, we walk the property with you, fire up a magnetic sweep one last time, take final photos, and deliver your written workmanship warranty along with manufacturer warranty registration. You keep everything in a branded project folder for your records.

Yes — always. Every inspection and estimate is free, with no obligation and no pressure. If your roof is in good condition, we will tell you so. If it needs work, you will receive a written report with photos and a line-item estimate. No sales gimmicks, no “today only” pricing games.
Are you licensed and insured in North Carolina?
Yes. Above All Roofing & Construction, LLC is fully insured with general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available before any project begins. We are also licensed as required by North Carolina state law for the scope of projects we perform.
