As his career evolved, Stephen transitioned into sales and project management, giving him a rare and well-rounded understanding of both craftsmanship and client advocacy.

Known for his professionalism, honesty, and calm demeanor, Stephen consistently delivers value through education and clear communication. His growing expertise in insurance restoration ensures homeowners are guided confidently through the claims process. With nearly 9 years of roofing experience and over 15 years in exterior siding and construction, TJ serves as Co-Owner and Sales Manager of AARC. His hands-on background allows him to diagnose issues from the foundation to the roofline, offering clients a comprehensive understanding of their home’s exterior condition.

TJ is known for his problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and honest approach. Whether inspecting roofing systems, siding, windows, or other exterior components, he ensures every client receives accurate information and solutions tailored to their specific needs. As Co-Owner and CEO, Kaitlyn is the driving force behind AARC’s operations and long-term vision. With a proven track record of growing multiple successful roofing companies prior to founding AARC, she brings exceptional leadership, organization, and strategic planning to the company.

Kaitlyn oversees project scheduling, internal operations, and client communications, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish. Her commitment to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction keeps AARC operating at the highest standard every single day.

A proud U.S. Navy Veteran and husband to Kaitlyn, Devin served our nation honorably for over five years. Today, he brings that same discipline, dedication, and work ethic to AARC’s Coastal Region, based in New Bern.

Devin provides full-time support to AARC clients along the coast, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. He also brings hands-on experience with FORTIFIED™ roofing systems, helping homeowners strengthen their properties against high winds and severe coastal weather. His military background and technical knowledge translate into reliability, accountability, and attention to detail—qualities our clients immediately recognize and appreciate.

Robbie joined AARC in 2025, bringing experience in canvassing, window installation, and exterior sales. His technical understanding and analytical approach allow him to identify details that are often overlooked in exterior projects.
